Here I will simplify the procedure of applying for FUOYE JUPEB form in a coordinated manner for ease of understanding most especially for first time applicants. However, applicants that have previously registered and participated in the previous JUPEB screening exercise but did not make it through can equally gain form this information being posted here.
FUOYE JUPEB admission form application procedure is the same the previous sessions except some slight changes in closing dates. Eligibility requirements and duration (12) of programmes does not change.
Now in details is the eligibility criteria for applying, the various JUPEB subject combination as well as all important information needed for applying. The application link has been included so you could start your registration process immediately if you wish.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Eligible Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 ‘O’ level credits (SSCE/WASC/NECO/GCE/NABTEB), including English Language and Mathematics obtained at not more than two sittings in the subjects relevant to their proposed courses at FUOYE or any other university
DURATION OF PROGRAMME
The Programme shall run for one academic session of two semesters beginning from October 2021. During this period, students would be exposed to a broader base intensive training which prepares them for the JUPEB examination. It is an intensive programme to prepare exceptionally brilliant candidates for admission into the 200 level degree programme offered by JUPEB AFFILIATED UNIVERSITIES. The Programme leads to the award of JUPEB Certificate which enables candidates gain Direct Entry admissions into 200 level of the desired course in any University of choice in Nigeria.
HOW TO APPLY FOR FUOYE JUPEB ADMISSION FORM
Step 1 – Visit the website jupeb.fuoye.edu.ng
Step 2 – Click on “Click here to apply”, you will be redirected to another page.
Step 3 – Click on “Get Started” to fill your Name, Email Address and phone number in order to generate Remita Reference Number (RRR) and make payment for application form.
Step 4 – After successful payment, you will be redirected to fill your application form.
Step 5 – If you are not redirected, click on check payment to validate your payment .
Step 6 – If previous step is successful and payment is verified, click Apply Online and supply either your RRR number or email address and click Continue. If successful, the application form should be available for filling.

IMPORTANT NOTE
1. Candidates are required to submit valid email address and cell phone number during the registration.
2. Complete the O’ level section with the required 5 O’ level credits for the course of choice in one or two sittings.
3. Screening dates to be communicated through email and cell phone number provided.
GENERAL NOTICE
1. All candidates would be required to register for JAMB (*Regular or Direct Entry).
2. Regular JAMB form is advised since it could be upgraded and used for admission into 200 level thereby giving the candidate double opportunity for admission into University.
3. Candidates who voluntarily withdraw from the programme will not be refunded.
4. Students who failed the final JUPEB Examination may have the opportunity to reapply and repeat the programme. Such student may also be considered for preferential admission into 100level subject to availability of space in the department they applied to.
5. Applicants should check FUOYE website: http:/jupeb.fuoye.edu.ng regularly for any information.
ENTRANCE EXAMINATION :
Admission into various JUPEB programmes shall be through entrance examination to be conducted by on a date to be later announced.
The Screening test shall be computer-based.
Candidates should go back on-line on to check for the Day, Venue and Time for their examination.
DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF FORM
The deadline for submission of form is 31st October, 2021. Late Registration takes effect from 1st November, 2021 at the rate of N15000.00.
